Which industries and professions qualify?
Our Trade program is offered to interior designers, licensed general contractors, architects, and professional home stagers who work directly with clients on their home design or improvement projects.

How do I place an order using my Trade account? How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, you may place your Trade order directly on our website and pay via credit card.
Simply enter your Trade Partner code at checkout to redeem your Trade discount. Your code will be found in the welcome email received once your application was processed.
Why aren't all collections eligible for my trade discount?
Certain collections are very exclusive and costly to source, not allowing for a discount.
How can I receive a formal quote for an upcoming order?
If you would like a formal PDF quote for your internal records or a client presentation, please email the details of your desired order to trade@shopjapandi.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We work hard to deliver your items as soon as possible, while maintaining the care and quality of the production process. The time frame to receive your furniture will vary based on the nature of the product selected as well as your location.
What is your return policy?
There are no returns on furniture pieces as they are custom made or made in small batches.
If a shipment is damaged, please let us know right away at trade@shopjapandi.com. We will work to correct the issue.
Can I share photos of my completed project to be featured on Japandi Supply House's social media?
Yes! We would love to see photos of your completed projects to feature on social media and our website. Send along any professional grade photos to trade@shopjapandi.com.
