When Do You Ship Orders?

  • Japandi Supply House orders: Packaged and shipped every Friday.

  • Partner brand orders: Typically dispatch within 3–7 business days.

  • Furniture orders:

    • Quickship Collection: Ships within 5-10 days.

    • Made-to-order: Lead times will be noted on each product page.

    • Small-batch in stock: Timelines will be clarified at checkout.

📩 You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once it’s on its way.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Rates are shown at checkout (availability may vary by product).

  • Furniture: Delivered via White Glove Service (Deliveright).

    • Once your order arrives, you’ll receive an email from Japandi Supply House.

    • Deliveright will then contact you directly to schedule delivery on a day of your choice.


International Shipping

  • Select products ship to 150+ countries via Shopify Markets Pro + DHL Express.

  • Eligible products are tagged as Worldwide Shipping.

  • We currently serve North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Oceania.

  • Final shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Japandi Supply House ships to select international destinations. All international orders are priced in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee at the time of purchase.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. Japandi Supply House has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and order value.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties may be subject to return shipping fees deducted from any applicable refund.


P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for all orders.


Tracking Your Order

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Furniture White Glove Delivery: Tracking and scheduling updates will come directly from Deliveright to ensure safe delivery.
