Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer a limited selection of products available for worldwide shipping. Our global assortment is growing—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay connected as we expand international offerings.
(Please note: while we import from Japan, Scandinavia, and other regions, all orders ship from within the U.S.)
Do you ship in the U.S.?
- Furniture: Available in QuickShip and Made-to-Order options, shipping to the contiguous United States only.
- Lighting: QuickShip items available for U.S. contiguous delivery.
- Tatami Mats: Ship throughout the U.S.

Why did I receive multiple shipments for my order?
Our products ship through a variety of fulfillment methods depending on the brand, product type, and your location. Many items are shipped directly from the brand to you—reducing handling, packaging waste, and the energy impact of centralized fulfillment.
This approach allows us to minimize environmental footprint while ensuring your order arrives as efficiently and carefully as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t entered fulfillment.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking link. You can also check order status anytime through your account page.
What if I received a damaged item?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll make it right.

How do I join?
Simply create an account—membership is free and automatic.
How can I use my points?
Redeem your Japandi points for products, free shipping discounts, or experience boxes designed to bring calm to your home and daily rituals.
You can also gift your points to others as a way to share the calm and introduce them to Japandi living—or turn them into a cash donation to KEXP, supporting emotional wellbeing through music. (Additional initiatives will be added in the future.)
